Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at NanzoWerk Studio. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at [support@nanzowerkstudio.com]. Include your order number, the items you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Ship the product to the provided return address.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the status of your refund.

3. Refunds:

  • Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at [support@nanzowerkstudio.com].
  • The exchange process will follow the same steps as the return process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will cover the shipping costs for the return of damaged or defective items.

7. Sale Items:

  • Sale items can be refunded. However, the amount refunded will be the price at which the item was purchased during the sale, not the original price.

8. Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
